Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership across multiple locations and states to provide expert HR support in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Drive employee development through talent assessments, growth planning, retention strategies, and engagement initiatives

  • Lead employee town halls and leadership development programs

  • Align global and regional HR strategies with business goals

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, HR systems, and personnel changes

  • Maintain and improve HR processes, both manual and automated

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, including harassment and discrimination claims

  • Guide the annual appraisal and compensation review process

  • Perform salary benchmarking and advise managers on compensation decisions

  • Collaborate with managers and recruiters on workforce planning and hiring strategies

  • Oversee employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADAA, and related legislation

  • Manage employment authorization processes in partnership with Immigration Counsel

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state employment laws

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering strong community and professional partnerships


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a complex, multi-site, multi-state environment

  • Strong experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices

  • Proven ability to work consultatively with stakeholders and provide HR insights that drive business results

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (SHRM or HRCI)

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities
