Summary

We are seeking Call Center Agents to join our fast-paced and dynamic customer support team. As the first point of contact for clients and Field Service Technicians, you will handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates with professionalism and accuracy. Effective listening, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills are essential in ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process service requests, updates, and inquiries via phone and email.

  • Accurately document all call information in company databases.

  • Provide clients with timely updates on service status and completion.

  • Solicit customer feedback to improve overall service experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets or escalate as necessary.

  • Assist Field Service Technicians with service tickets and workload support.

  • Communicate updates between clients and technicians via phone, email, or text.

  • Coordinate with Field Service to ensure timely updates on open calls.

  • Monitor call management to meet ETA and SLA contract requirements.

  • Stay current with emails, call-handling procedures, and service updates.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous call center experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening.

  • Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

  • Dependable, with strong attendance and schedule reliability.

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  • Flexible with schedules to cover team PTO and shift variances.


Physical Requirements

  • Vision correctable to 20/20.

  • Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer use.

  • Ability to sit and remain focused for extended periods.
