  • Monday to Friday (rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

  • 8-hour shifts

  • 1 full weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls using detailed, client-specific scripts.

  • Accurately take and relay messages and transfer or redirect calls where needed.

  • Book appointments through various external systems on behalf of clients.

  • Remain professional and calm in high-pressure or emotionally charged interactions.

  • Complete all required initial and ongoing training (provided in-house).

  • Adhere to internal policies including data protection, health and safety, and equal opportunities.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken English with proper grammar and tone.

  • Proficiency in basic IT, including using headsets, laptops, and multiple systems.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in healthcare/medical settings is an advantage.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, listen actively, and stay composed under pressure.
