Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls using detailed, client-specific scripts.

Accurately take and relay messages and transfer or redirect calls where needed.

Book appointments through various external systems on behalf of clients.

Remain professional and calm in high-pressure or emotionally charged interactions.

Complete all required initial and ongoing training (provided in-house).

Adhere to internal policies including data protection, health and safety, and equal opportunities.
Role Requirements

Experience in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment preferred.

Excellent written and spoken English with proper grammar and tone.

Proficiency in basic IT, including using headsets, laptops, and multiple systems.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in healthcare/medical settings is an advantage.

Ability to adapt quickly, listen actively, and stay composed under pressure.
