Serve as the first reliable point of contact for Patients, Families, and Providers. Deliver the Simply Better MemorialCare Experience in every interaction, providing outstanding service and support across phone, email, and chat channels.

Schedule appointments/reservations for patients and families.

Qualifications
Experience:

1–2 years of customer service or guest-focused engagement preferred.

Prior call center experience in a fast-paced setting required.

Excellent computer and typing skills; proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Spanish-speaking a plus.
Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $23/hr; placement based on experience and qualifications.
