Role Overview
We are seeking Call Handlers and Remediation Agents to join our team on a fully remote, 4-month contract. These roles involve providing excellent customer service while managing complaints, arrears, and remediation tasks. While experience with mortgages is desirable, it is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in financial services, complaint handling, or collections who are looking for a flexible remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities

Professionally handle complaints, queries, and remediation tasks over the phone.

Support financial services collections processes and assist with arrears management.

Communicate effectively and empathetically with vulnerable customers.

Follow regulated processes and internal procedures to ensure compliance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in complaint handling, arrears management, or remediation.

Background in financial services or customer service, collections experience preferred.
