Role Overview

We are hiring Call Handlers and Remediation Agents for a fully remote, 4-month contract. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in complaint handling, arrears, remediation, or financial services customer support. Mortgage experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and provide resolution support.

  • Assist in arrears, remediation, and collections processes within a regulated environment.

  • Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism.

  • Follow defined processes accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in complaint handling or financial services collections.

  • Remediation or customer service background in a FS environment.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

  • Passion for delivering great customer service.

  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Mortgage experience desirable but not essential.
