Role Overview
We are hiring Call Handlers and Remediation Agents for a fully remote, 4-month contract. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in complaint handling, arrears, remediation, or financial services customer support. Mortgage experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints and provide resolution support.

Assist in arrears, remediation, and collections processes within a regulated environment.

Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism.

Follow defined processes accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in complaint handling or financial services collections.

Remediation or customer service background in a FS environment.

Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Passion for delivering great customer service.

Strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.
