The Opportunity

Join our dynamic marketing team as we deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue. You’ll lead and support campaign execution across digital platforms, manage social media strategy, and play a key role in content creation, PPC, email, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for UK-based and international events.

  • Oversee omnichannel campaign performance (email, social, paid ads, PPC, content).

  • Set campaign goals, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights for continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Track campaign ROI, leads generated, and email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions).

  • Maintain up-to-date websites and marketing systems (CRM & CMS platforms).

Content, Social Media & Communication

  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).

  • Work on newsletters, blogs, interviews, whitepapers, and webinar promotions.

  • Increase following, engagement, and bookings through impactful digital content.

Email & CRM

  • Segment databases and independently manage email marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging creative assets (banners, brochures, etc.).

Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with telesales, design, and editorial teams.

  • Coordinate media partnerships and ensure maximum exposure at minimal cost.

  • Assist in budget management and ensure campaign delivery is on time and within scope.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or sales.

  • Hands-on knowledge of PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Experience using CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
