Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of Insomnia Cookies in Dallas, TX. You ensure that every order is delivered safely, accurately, and with a smile. You are responsible for checking order quality, delivering to customers, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Verify orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the bakery

Deliver cookies, ice cream, and milk safely and on time

Communicate professionally with customers in-person and via phone

Use the Insomnia delivery app to provide accurate order status updates

Maintain a clean and organized delivery process
Qualifications & Skills

Must have your own car, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance

Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check

Must have a smartphone with a data plan

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Familiarity with local 2-mile delivery radius is a plus

Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old
