Your Role as a Care Assistant – Nights
As a Care Assistant – Nights, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and comfortable throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene care while maintaining their independence and dignity.
Monitor residents for clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, escalating concerns promptly.
Engage with residents and visitors courteously and respectfully.
Follow safe work systems and best practices for night care.
Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a high standard of service.
