Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator

  • Preparing staff rotas and coordinating care visits

  • Assessing new clients and maintaining high service standards

  • Supporting recruitment and training for new starters

  • Handling on-call duties and maintaining client satisfaction

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Professional experience in domiciliary care

  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
