Role Summary:
As the Care Team Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distributed care team, ensuring both 1099 health coaches and W2 clinicians are effectively supported, enabled, and managed. You’ll drive operational rigor, manage vendor relationships, and partner with leadership to scale high-quality cardiometabolic care delivery.
What You’ll Do:
1099 Network Management (Health Coaches)

Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new 1099 health coaches.

Manage access provisioning, credentials, and enablement.

Review and approve invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Own communications: monthly webinars, newsletters, and Slack engagement.

Partner with VP of Operations to track availability/quality metrics and adjust hiring goals.
W2 Care Team Enablement

Manage system access and enablement for clinicians.

Maintain and update enablement materials with clinical leaders.

Organize/distribute training content (guides, videos, demos).

Support development of test environments for clinician practice.
Vendor Support

Assist in vendor management and performance tracking.

Track SLAs and escalate issues as needed.

Identify and evaluate new vendor solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years in operations or program management (healthcare preferred).

Experience hiring and managing contractors/freelancers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and project management systems.

Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital health, clinical operations, or health coaching networks.

Background in enablement/training for distributed teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

Target base salary: $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
