In this role, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting with personal care, daily activities, and community outings. Key Responsibilities for a Care Worker

Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs

Assist with daily living activities, including meals, outings, and hobbies

Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times

Work day shifts (06:45-14:45) and afters (14:15-22:15) including alternate weekends

Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
What We’re Looking for in a Care Worker

A caring attitude and genuine interest in working with adults with learning disabilities

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts

Good values, behaviour, and commitment to safeguarding

Willingness to complete mandatory training

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required
Pay and Benefits

£23,656 – £24,404 per annum (pro rata)

Time and a half for weekends, double pay on bank holidays

Paid enhancements for evening hours (20:00-22:15)
