Role Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Talent Partner / Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, attracting, and managing a high volume of quality IT candidates. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with around a year of recruitment experience looking to specialise in resourcing, build deeper expertise in tech hiring, and grow within a supportive, high-energy team.
Key Responsibilities

Source and attract high-calibre IT candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, and direct outreach

Screen incoming applications for suitability based on client briefs

Conduct initial interviews (phone or video) to assess candidate skills, motivations, and fit

Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring teams for feedback and scheduling

Maintain accurate candidate records using the internal ATS/CRM system

Stay current with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in tech talent acquisition

Support wider recruitment campaigns and contribute to improving candidate engagement processes
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a recruitment role (agency or in-house)

Proven ability to handle high-volume sourcing and screening

Familiarity with major job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and applicant tracking systems

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, organised way

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning with others
Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in IT or tech recruitment

Interest in recruitment technology, tools, and automation
