Job Summary:

We are a South West London-based residential construction company looking to recruit a reliable and highly skilled Multi-Trade Operative with strong carpentry experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on residential building projects, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team delivering quality construction and maintenance work across local residential properties. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and values long-term employment with a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality carpentry work across residential construction projects

• Undertake multi-trade tasks including general maintenance, plumbing, or basic electrics (if skilled)

• Liaise clearly and professionally with clients and office staff on-site

• Drive between local sites as required (company vehicle provided)

• Follow project briefs and complete works to a high standard, on time

Essential Requirements:

• Carpentry experience (priority trade)

• Additional skills in plumbing, electrics, or general maintenance (bonus)

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)

• Fluent English – spoken and written

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Full-time hours

• On-site residential property work only (no remote work)
