Lead Carpenter / Installer Job – Champion Window

Overview

Champion Window is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Installer to oversee the installation of custom-built Sunrooms, including walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors. This role ensures high-quality craftsmanship, compliance with engineering standards, and complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install Sunrooms and decks per Champion specifications and building codes

• Review drawings and instructions before assignments

• Lead and direct helpers to complete safe, timely, and quality installations

• Maintain professional customer interactions

• Ensure work truck is fully equipped with tools, materials, and parts

• Follow all federal, state, and local safety requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience (carpentry, roofing, window installation)

• High school diploma or GED (trade school a plus)

• Skilled in using brakes, hand tools, and measuring tools

• Clean driving record and ability to manage a fleet vehicle

• Strong math and communication skills

• Lead certification a plus
