Core Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects.

• Frame interior walls, install trim, doors, and bath partitions.

• Operate hand and power tools safely.

• Work with crew members to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards.

• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; training provided for the right candidate.

• Driver’s license preferred; willingness to travel as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor daily.

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to safety.
