Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to plan, lay out, and perform all types of carpentry work in line with industry standards, specifications, and codes. This position may also assist in other trades depending on training and skills.
Key Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks with precision and adherence to project specifications.

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and safety standards.

Use trade mathematics with high proficiency.

Inspect and guide team members’ work, correcting deficiencies as needed.

Promote safety and productivity at all times.

Maintain positive working relationships with crew members.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve methods and share knowledge.
Minimum Requirements

1+ years of experience for Level I, 2 years for Level II, 3 years for Level III, and 4+ years for Senior Carpenter in industrial/commercial construction.

Strong understanding of carpentry tools, techniques, and trade practices.

Ability to read plans, specifications, and apply trade mathematics.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.

Must climb ladders, scaffolding, and framework while maintaining balance.

Wear all required PPE, including steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hardhat.

Work up to 12-hour shifts in varying outdoor conditions.
