Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while engaging with diverse teams and initiatives? J.P. Morgan’s Cash Equities Middle Office Client Services Team is hiring a Client Service Analyst to help drive operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction across global equity markets.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for clients and sales traders, overseeing trade processing, issue resolution, and settlement workflows. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service, enhancing Straight Through Processing (STP), and optimizing the end-to-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main operations contact for sales, sales traders, and client ops teams

  • Allocate trades accurately and issue timely confirmations

  • Manage pre-matching and ensure smooth trade settlement

  • Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and thoroughly

  • Provide clear updates to the Front Office on problem trades

  • Execute control checks and maintain audit trail for transparency

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and automation

  • Partner with the Commission Management and Account Oversight teams for issue resolution

  • Contribute SME input to project teams on technology and operations improvements
