Job Description: Casino Cashier
Do you have a head for numbers and a sharp eye for detail?
As a Casino Cashier, you’ll be the trusted face behind the cash desk—responsible for processing transactions quickly, securely, and efficiently. Your role is key to maintaining smooth operations, supporting guests’ gaming experience, and upholding the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
You’ll deliver first-class service while handling chips, cash, and confidential customer information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Manage transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk

Handle chips, currency, and vouchers while ensuring balance integrity

Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality at all times

Adhere to legal and company compliance standards

Work collaboratively with team members and communicate clearly with management

Learn and develop with the goal of progressing to Head Cashier
Qualifications & Skills

Excellent attention to detail and high numerical accuracy

Strong social and communication skills

High emotional intelligence and professionalism

Knowledge of cash desk legislation (or willingness to learn)

Previous experience as a casino cashier is an advantage, but full training will be provided
