Job Summary
As a Cashier at Hanania Automotive Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers—responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to deliver exceptional customer service will help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Process transactions: Accurately handle payments, deposits, and down payments.

Cash management: Balance the cash drawer and prepare nightly deposits.

Customer service: Greet visitors with professionalism, answer phones, and assist customers.

Customer experience: Anticipate and meet customer needs for a positive experience.

Administrative support: File documents, maintain an organized workspace, and support daily office tasks.

Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Facility support: Keep refreshment area stocked and tidy.

Flexibility: Perform additional duties as required to support team success.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.

Ability to troubleshoot and think critically.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Legible handwriting and experience operating cash registers.

Valid driver’s license required.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
