Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training programs, including Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training

  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

  • Explain menu items, suggest additional items, and handle promotions

  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle cash and card transactions

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment including dining areas, counters, bathrooms, and exterior spaces

  • Stock and organize condiments, paper goods, beverages, and serveware

  • Assist with food preparation, beverage and sauce preparation, and other kitchen tasks as assigned

  • Follow all food safety and company guidelines

  • Complete tasks promptly, safely, and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years or older

  • Available to work 9–28 hours per week

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, crouch, or climb as needed

  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs, including overhead lifting

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, and interact professionally

  • Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments with hot/cold temperature variations

  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely, including fryers, knives, and other potentially hazardous equipment
