Role Responsibilities
-
Welcome and assist guests by answering any venue-related questions.
-
Rent out lawn chairs to patrons.
-
Sell Live Nation blankets and merchandise.
-
Promote and sell various event upgrades, including reserved lawn seating, fast lane access, VIP club access, all-inclusive club access, deck access, and premium parking.

Inform guests about ongoing concert promotions, upsell opportunities, future ticket offers, and special Premiere parking deals.

Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and dismantling signs, tables, and tents as needed.

Verify pre-purchased tickets or passes for authenticity by checking details such as color and issue date.

Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with Live Nation’s audit procedures.

Reconcile transactions with a supervisor at the end of each shift.

Participate in post-show cleanup, including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
Qualifications & Skills

Ability to walk and stand continuously, with occasional sitting, in an outdoor environment under various weather conditions.

Capability to lift and carry 25+ pounds.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Familiarity with iPhone and iPad technology.
