Job Overview
The Cashier plays a key role in creating a positive dining environment by providing fast and friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting teamwork and customer service. This role requires urgency, efficiency, and strong communication skills to enhance the overall guest experience in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities

Ring up patrons quickly and efficiently to minimize wait times.

Maintain drawer totals within a three-dollar variance of daily sales.

Assist with customer questions to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Support coffee station operations during peak hours.

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping floors, wiping tables, and collecting trays.

Restock dry goods and replenish café inventory as needed.

Complete all assigned daily and weekly cleaning checklists.

Use materials, supplies, and resources responsibly.
Minimum Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
OR three (3) years of relevant work experience in lieu of diploma

Salary Information

Hourly Pay Range: $15.78 – $23.67

Final compensation based on candidate’s relevant experience
