Position Summary
Yeshiva University is seeking Casual Staff – Cashier/Events team members to assist in various areas of Food Services. This role includes cashiering, customer service, food handling, and maintaining clean and organized service areas. Shifts vary and may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 11:45 PM.
Key Responsibilities

Operate cash register or calculator to identify and tabulate prices of goods

Issue receipts and correct change to customers

Set up and break down food service counter areas

Maintain coffee station and baked goods displays

Restock refrigerators and shelves as needed

Refill, wipe down, and clean counters regularly

Perform other food service duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
-
6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred

Ability to handle and serve food in accordance with sanitary guidelines
