Position Summary
This role plays a critical part in shaping strategic initiatives and financial decision-making to enhance performance across the U.S. portfolio. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Growth Strategy teams, serving as a financial leader who drives value through analysis, planning, and influence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and oversight of the Advertising & Consumer (A&C) budget and spend in close collaboration with Marketing and Growth Strategy teams.

Oversee planning and forecasting processes to ensure delivery of financial commitments related to A&C investments.

Drive improved portfolio mix by influencing marketing spend and trade investment strategies.

Guide the finance team through changes related to S/4HANA implementation by evolving current practices.

Manage the full A&C budget for the U.S. portfolio as part of the Strategic Plan and Integrated Business Planning process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required); MBA preferred.

At least 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable.

Proven experience in strategic pricing, financial modeling, and business decision support.

Advanced technical proficiency in tools such as Excel.

Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Excellent influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $117,400 – $161,425 (based on experience, skills, education, and budget).
