About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Catering and Events Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing successful events while delivering world-class hospitality. You’ll negotiate contracts, design creative menus, manage client relationships, and oversee seamless event operations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage catering sales, proposals, and contracts to close new business.

  • Design menus and event concepts to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and social clients.

  • Coordinate with sales and hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for planners, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Conduct site inspections and support the sales process when needed.

  • Identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure high service standards through clear communication, coaching, and feedback.

  • Perform night-of-event support and post-event follow-up to maintain strong client relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality management experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of event management experience required.

  • Proficiency in Delphi event management software.

  • Flexible schedule availability (weekdays and weekends).

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
