Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all catering event details including menu planning, food prep, and service execution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering customized solutions and outstanding service.

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready.

  • Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food safety and quality standards.

  • Assist with serving food and bussing tables as needed.

  • Manage guest relations to create seamless experiences at every event.

  • Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the food service industry required (catering or banquet experience preferred).

  • Culinary skills a plus, especially in food handling and preparation.

  • Strong hospitality/customer service background with excellent communication skills.

  • Restaurant or hotel operations experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of coffee service is an advantage.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
