JOB PURPOSE:

The primary objective of the role is to ensure all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and any general support services are carried out with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Supervision of team members to ensure all responsibilities are completed to appropriate standards to support the efficient running of Tryline coffee shop in line with contractual requirements. Providing excellent service to all clients in a professional, efficient and friendly manner at all times, ensuring the setup for breakfast/lunch, stock rotation, stock ordering, food safety and food waste management is in line with the requirements.

  • To promote good safety habits and methods of work
  • To ensure all your areas of responsibility comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements
  • To maintain the presentation of all areas of responsibility in the Tryline Coffee shop.
  • To observe and comply with all company and unit procedures relating to reporting any issues to your line manager
  • To operate machinery as shown and trained to do so, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with current regulations and company policies
