About the Job
Compensation Structure:
After completing training, drivers are paid based on a component pay structure that includes compensation for pieces handled, stops made, miles driven, and shuttle runs.

Training Details:

  • Location: Orlando, FL Distribution Center

  • Duration: 3 to 6 weeks

  • Accommodations: Hotel stay and daily per diem provided for the entire training period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate commercial motor vehicles and company equipment safely and professionally

  • Deliver products courteously and reliably to local customers

  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment

  • Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including electric pallet jacks and hand trucks, to load and unload deliveries

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a Class A commercial vehicle, or equivalent military driving experience

  • Ability to consistently lift between 25 to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 170 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
