Driving Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements and complete necessary documentation:

Submit a Driver Application for Employment
Provide a current Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Hold a valid CDL Class A or B license
Provide the following forms and documentation:
- Driver Disclosure and Release
- Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
- FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
- Driver Certificate of Violations
- Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours
- Road Test Certification
- Copy of Driver’s License and Medical Certificate

Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CDL Class A or B with relevant endorsements
Clean driving record
Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate
0–2 years of mechanical or technical work experience (1 year preferred)

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant experience in areas such as electrical, mechanical, diesel, or pipe fusion (depending on the business unit)
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Technically proficient and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of smart devices
Strong customer service background
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Able to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
Leverages customer insights to resolve issues and deliver innovative solutions

Compensation

Salary Range: $44,100 – $70,600 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
