Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial vehicle equipped with a patented lift system to deliver and retrieve containers at customer sites.

Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and accurately log results in accordance with DOT regulations.

Accept additional delivery tasks as needed to meet operational demands.

Utilize handheld company devices for delivery confirmations, route navigation, and communication.

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required.

Inspect and clean containers to ensure quality and presentation standards are met before delivery.

Coordinate customer rental agreements and process payments when necessary.

Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer concerns or special instructions; prepare driver notes when applicable.

Perform basic maintenance and repairs on containers and lift systems both in the field and at the storage center.

Assist with general storage center tasks when needed.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not include direct management of other employees. The position typically reports to a Market Manager or Territory Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no air brake restrictions.

Must meet all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) driver qualification standards.

Minimum age requirement: 21 years (per insurance regulations).

Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (minimum 1-year certification).

Basic math and documentation skills required.

Experience using electronic handheld devices and navigation tools preferred.

Ability to complete a mandatory two-week New Hire Driver Training Program.

Mechanical aptitude and prior experience with container handling and equipment operation are a plus.
