Central Market is looking for enthusiastic, food-passionate individuals to join our team as a Sales Representative. You’ll be responsible for stocking and selling specialty products while delivering top-tier customer service. This role involves merchandising, inventory control, and assisting customers, all within a fast-paced and engaging retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Use suggestive selling techniques to boost sales

Ensure clean, organized, and clutter-free sales floors

Assist with in-store merchandising and resets
Stocking & Inventory:

Organize and prep stock area for deliveries

Stock, front, and rotate items efficiently

Check for damaged or expired goods to ensure product freshness

Maintain compliance with refrigeration, sanitation, and safety standards

Support shrink reduction and inventory accuracy
Preferred Experience & Qualifications

0–2 years of retail or grocery experience

Familiarity with food preparation and specialty food products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for food and delivering exceptional service

Certification in materials handling (preferred)

Ability to thrive in extreme temperatures and a fast-paced setting
Physical Requirements
