About the Role
As a Centre Assistant at Flexico, you’ll be the face of the centre—delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming, professional environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Operations

Open and close the centre daily

Manage reception, answer calls/emails, handle mail, and oversee diary management

Conduct daily floor walks and assist with monthly excellence audits

Maintain and replenish communal areas and supplies
-
Manage keys and fobs, ensuring secure and accurate handling
-
Help troubleshoot basic IT issues for clients
-
Maintain up-to-date systems and compliance checklists
Clients
-
Provide top-tier service and resolve client queries promptly
-
Support move-ins/move-outs and maintain accurate client records
-
Build a connected and collaborative centre community
Facilities
-
Support health and safety compliance, audits, and maintenance
-
Liaise with contractors and suppliers onsite
-
Submit and track facilities requests to the Property team
-
Ensure fire marshal presence and completed fire risk assessments
Sales & Finance
-
Ensure the centre and at least four vacant offices are ‘show ready’

Conduct tours in the Centre Manager’s absence and update CRM with feedback
-
Handle virtual office sign-ups and billing for ad hoc services
-
Follow processes for member onboarding and offboarding

Ideal Experience
-
1 year in a Front-of-House role (preferred)
-
2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
