Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our team in delivering innovative treatments and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy and IV therapy with precision and care

Administer specialized therapies including Acoustic Wave Therapy, Laser (Photobiomodulation) Therapy, PEMF, and HBOT
-
Collect detailed and accurate patient histories

Assist physicians during procedures to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain cleanliness and sterility in treatment rooms and laboratory areas

Organize patient records and manage scheduling to optimize clinic operations
Qualifications

Experience in phlebotomy and IV therapy required
-
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred

Familiarity with regenerative medicine practices is a strong plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team-oriented with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care

High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality

Eagerness to grow and develop in the field of regenerative medicine
Schedule

Part-time: 2 days per week, with flexibility

Compensation

Starting Salary: $18 – $21 per hour
