Your Role as a CNA

• Support rehabilitation nurses with delegated patient care tasks, in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines

• Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and comfort

• Foster strong, compassionate relationships with patients, families, and team members

• Celebrate patients’ progress and milestones, contributing to their recovery journey

• Embrace opportunities for professional growth and skill-building in a supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license or certification as required by Illinois state regulations

• Current CPR certification

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
