Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care and daily support to patients in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities. As a CNA, you will work under the direct supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with patient care, ensuring comfort, and supporting their well-being throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Support patients with mobility, positioning, and other personal care needs.

  • Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse.

  • Assist with feeding and ensuring proper nutrition for patients.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of patient environments.

  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff, ensuring care is delivered according to established plans.

Requirements:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for the state of New Jersey.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish (only Spanish speakers are required).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
