Position Overview
Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility located near The Medical Center of Bowling Green, designed to support seamless transitions between care settings. We provide both short-term rehabilitative services and long-term care, all delivered within a culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and person-centered values.

As part of the broader Signature HealthCARE network—serving residents across seven states—our organization offers a full continuum of care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory and cognitive care, home health, and telemedicine services. How You Will Make a Difference

Provide daily personal care and assistance to residents
Change linens and maintain personal care supplies in resident rooms
Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper equipment
Record vital signs and other clinical data as directed
Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions

What You’ll Need

Active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Kentucky
Current CPR certification
