Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient admissions and discharges

Accurately take vital signs and weights

Complete all required CNA documentation in patient medical records, including admissions, daily care, vital signs, intake/output, and discharge information

Support patients with hygiene, lifting, transport, dietary needs, and other personal or medical requirements

Promote patient- and family-centered care

Report any potential compliance issues as per the Code of Conduct

Demonstrate ethical behavior, professionalism, compliance, and integrity

Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Oregon CNA1 Certification at time of hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire
