Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at PAM Health, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN).

Your duties include a variety of patient care activities and support services, staying within the scope of the CNA role. This position does not include administering medication or independent patient care responsibilities. All tasks are performed in alignment with PAM Health’s policies, procedures, and standards.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CNA certification required, based on state regulations. Current BLS certification is mandatory.

  • Experience: Experience is not required, though 2–3 years in an acute care hospital, rehabilitation facility, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
