Compensation:

  • Hourly: $20.91 – $28.02

  • Annually: $43,660 – $58,505

  • Additional: $2.25/hour shift differential for all hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Position Summary

Join our dedicated care team and provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence

  • Support residents in achieving their highest functional ability

  • Foster a respectful and caring environment that honors each individual

Shift options include:

  • Day: 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM

  • Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Night: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Weekend work required as scheduled.


Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

  • Current registration as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry

  • The ability to communicate effectively, follow written and verbal instructions, and document care clearly


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing direct care and assisting with ADLs

  • Background in long-term care or similar healthcare settings


Additional Requirements

Final candidates must successfully complete:

  • Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) background check

  • Tuberculosis screening (Mantoux test or chest X-ray)

  • Employment reference checks, including job performance history
