Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, warm, and engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage their participation in community programs and activities.

Monitor residents for changes in their care needs, and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personalized Resident Care Plans.

Foster a sense of belonging by supporting residents’ involvement in community activities.
Salary Range

USD $19.25 – USD $22.25 per hour
Compensation Disclosure
The salary range above represents the potential pay for this role and excludes bonuses or additional incentives, as well as the value of our benefits program. Offers will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, certifications/training, community size, and location. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications

You have a positive attitude and a passion for working with people.

You possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA; Medication Aide Certification is a plus.
