What You’ll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Support rehabilitation nurses by delivering delegated treatments and patient care, following all relevant regulations and protocols
- Carry out assigned tasks under the supervision of rehabilitation nurses
- Build strong, rewarding relationships with both patients and peers
- Take advantage of opportunities for ongoing learning, growth, and skill development

Qualifications:
Licenses & Certifications:
- Active CNA license/certification as required by state regulations
- Current CPR certification
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Equipment Used:
- Standard office equipment (e.g., phone, copier, fax, computer)
Physical Requirements:
- Strong visual acuity and communication abilities
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry at least 30 pounds, including medical equipment and assisting with patient transfers and repositioning (reasonable assistance provided when needed)
Compliance & Conduct:
- Adherence to Encompass Health’s Standards of Business Conduct
- Maintenance of required licensure and certifications
