What You’ll Do as a Caregiver (CNA or CHHA)
As a Caregiver at Brightview, you’ll use your compassion and dedication to support our residents with warmth, respect, and dignity. Your role will include:

Providing personal care services, companionship, and emotional support.

Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs).

Monitoring and recognizing changes in residents’ care needs, collaborating with nursing staff to update care plans.

Encouraging resident engagement in community events and wellness programs.
Compensation
💵 Hourly Pay Range: $19.25 – $22.25
Note: This range represents base pay and does not include bonuses or additional incentives. Actual offers will consider experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. Compensation ranges are reviewed regularly.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

State-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA (Medication Aide Certification is a plus)
