Role Overview
The CFO serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to client CEOs, executive teams, and Boards. You will lead financial operations including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, systems, and risk management. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve challenges.
Responsibilities

Advise CEOs, executives, and investors on financial strategy and performance.

Lead client financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Oversee accounting teams, internal controls, audits, and GAAP compliance.

Support equity and debt financings; manage treasury and risk functions.

Deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred).

10+ years of senior financial leadership; 5+ years as VP Finance or CFO.

Experience with venture-backed, emerging growth companies.

Strong background in technology, professional services, fintech, CPG, or Web3 preferred.
