Compensation:

Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll lead Accruity’s M&A growth strategy, driving acquisitions, financial clarity, and integration while partnering with the CEO, COO, and Integrator to scale the business. This role is ideal for a financial leader with proven experience scaling professional services firms through M&A.
What You’ll Do

Lead M&A Growth – Source, evaluate, structure, and close acquisitions of accounting firms.

Drive Financial Strategy – Build models and track CAC, LTV, margins, and efficiency to guide decisions.

Leadership Team – Partner with senior leadership to align growth with financial accountability.

Build KPI Accountability – Create dashboards to track and enforce key profitability and growth metrics.

Optimize Sales & Fulfillment – Ensure revenue growth translates into healthy margins and retention.

Champion Integration – Oversee smooth operational and financial integration of acquired firms.
What We’re Looking For

CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent financial/M&A background.

10+ years of experience in finance, corporate development, or executive leadership with direct M&A exposure.

Proven success scaling professional services or accounting firms.

Strong expertise in CAC, LTV, gross margins, and recurring revenue models.

Skilled in deal analysis, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.

Data-driven, accountable, collaborative leadership style.
