Position Overview

We are seeking a Change Management and Training Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to change management and training initiatives. You will provide insights into adoption, engagement, awareness, and training outcomes, helping drive successful change strategies across projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Apps), knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI), and expertise in statistical research and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data related to change management activities, including training participation, adoption rates, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor progress against change management KPIs.

  • Identify adoption trends, resistance patterns, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Partner with project managers, change managers, and business leaders to assess intervention effectiveness.

  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Recommend strategies to optimize communications, training, and engagement plans.

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting systems.

  • Contribute to building success metrics and measurement frameworks for future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, change management, or organizational effectiveness.

  • Strong skills in data visualization, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).

  • Prior Federal Contracting experience preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • U.S. Citizenship required with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government security clearance.
