In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety compliance, and create innovative, seasonal menus that delight guests and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design creative, seasonal menus based on guest preferences

• Supervise kitchen staff, offering training and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence

• Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste and ensure availability of fresh ingredients

• Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations

• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation protocols in line with Florida regulations

• Coordinate catering and special event services from planning to execution

• Monitor and manage kitchen operations during busy shifts

• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of kitchen and food management principles

• Proficient in inventory control and stock optimization

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance

• Creative culinary skills and passion for menu development

• Event catering experience, including planning and execution
