What You’ll Do:
The Brass Tacks
-
Lead the selection, training, and performance management of the Bin 47 Culinary Team
-
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Report directly to the Executive Chef and collaborate with Food and Beverage leadership on special and catered events
-
Attend meetings to discuss upcoming events and review contracts

Lead monthly department meetings to ensure effective communication and performance
The Nitty Gritty

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (5-6 years)
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to handle sensitive inquiries or complaints with integrity and confidentiality
-
Experience in luxury or elevated dining

Proficient in calculating basic algebra and geometry
-
Ability to solve problems and interpret instructions to perform the role effectively

Previous food and wine experience required

Valid State Food Handler’s License

Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
