What You’ll Do:

The Brass Tacks

  • Lead the selection, training, and performance management of the Bin 47 Culinary Team

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly

  • Report directly to the Executive Chef and collaborate with Food and Beverage leadership on special and catered events

  • Attend meetings to discuss upcoming events and review contracts

  • Lead monthly department meetings to ensure effective communication and performance

The Nitty Gritty

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (5-6 years)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to handle sensitive inquiries or complaints with integrity and confidentiality

  • Experience in luxury or elevated dining

  • Proficient in calculating basic algebra and geometry

  • Ability to solve problems and interpret instructions to perform the role effectively

  • Previous food and wine experience required

  • Valid State Food Handler’s License

  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
