Position: Executive Chef

The Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service across the Prepared Foods Department. This role oversees inventory management, cost margins, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards while leading a skilled team. The Executive Chef also ensures that all Prepared Foods Team Members receive thorough training and supervision. They will oversee food ordering, receiving, storage, rotation, merchandising, and preparation to maintain top-tier quality and efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience in leadership roles, including food safety, sanitation, team management, and training
  • Culinary experience
  • ServSafe Managerial Certification (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Adaptability and ability to quickly switch tasks

  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to foster a strong and cohesive leadership team
  • Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Establish clear, achievable expectations for your team
  • Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training of all Team Members
  • Provide constructive feedback that supports team growth and improvement
  • Address customer and team concerns professionally and thoughtfully
  • Develop and maintain labor schedules to optimize efficiency
  • Work closely with Store Operations on performance management, discipline, and reviews
  • Adapt to a variety of shifts to support team and operational needs
