Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen section during service.
- Maintain high hygiene standards.
- Follow stock rotation procedures.
- Manage mise-en-place (M.E.P.).
- Prepare and finish dishes to the highest standards, on time, in the correct quantities, and cost-effectively.
- Inspect and store received food products according to company procedures.
