  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a specific kitchen section during service.
    • Maintain high hygiene standards.
    • Follow stock rotation procedures.
    • Manage mise-en-place (M.E.P.).
    • Prepare and finish dishes to the highest standards, on time, in the correct quantities, and cost-effectively.
    • Inspect and store received food products according to company procedures.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Creativity combined with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
    • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
    • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing appropriate solutions.
    • Familiarity with industry best practices.
