Position Summary
The Executive Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the main, grill, and/or banquet kitchens—ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient operations, and a top-tier dining experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in ordering, scheduling, sanitation, maintenance, and staff development.

Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of menu items according to Invited standards.

Oversee a la carte service, employee meals, and private dining events.

Train, supervise, and performance-manage kitchen staff.

Create menus for a la carte, banquets, and special requests.

Expedite during meal periods, ensuring quality and presentation.

Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating special requests.

Manage kitchen schedules, payroll costs, and operational reports.
Qualifications
-
2–3 years of experience as a line cook (culinary training preferred).

Valid Health Sanitation Card.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, indoor environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
